Get ready for a great golf season by training for your game!  Develop strength, flexibility and endurance to play your best. In this month-long session, you’ll develop a weekly training routine tailored to your body and learn how to best prepare for game day. This class offers small group personal training for a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer. 

About the Instructor:
Kathy Yeiser is a personal trainer certified in Golf Fitness and Corrective Exercise by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  She loves helping people find their sport and prepare for it.

Registration Details:
Golf Fitness is being offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 pm from May 2 through May 28. at Old Town Hot Springs. The cost is $180 for members and $225 for guests for the 8 session package. Register by calling OTHS at 970-879-1828. For questions about the program please email the instructor at
